Art Courier Arrangement

Art Courier Quote Request:
To arrange shipping for your purchased artwork, send an email to emrushtonart@gmail.com either before or after making your purchase. Please provide your shipping address and any specific delivery instructions in the email.
Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing and handling before the item is ready for shipment. During this time, your artwork will be carefully prepared and securely packaged for transit.
Courier Quote and Shipping Invoice:
After receiving your email request, a courier quote for your artwork's delivery will be provided. A detailed shipping invoice, including the shipping cost and insurance costs will also be provided.
Payment for Shipping:
Once you have received the shipping invoice, kindly proceed with the payment for the total shipping cost. Your artwork will be shipped after the payment is confirmed.
Shipping Options:
a. Standard Shipping: Standard shipping option with a reputable art courier to ensure the safe transportation of your new artwork.
b. Free Pick Up: If you prefer, you can select the 'Free Pick Up' option during checkout. This allows you to collect your purchased artwork/s from Dee Why NSW, 2099. Please email emrushtonart@gmail.com to schedule a suitable pickup time.
Insurance:
For added peace of mind, all shipped artworks will be insured against loss or damage during transit. The shipping cost will include the insurance fee.
Tracking:
For shipped orders, you will receive a tracking number once the artwork is dispatched. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment until it safely reaches its destination.
Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time will vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe along with the shipping quote.
